CASH PAYING PATIENTS: We especially welcome cash paying patients, those with high deductibles and those who have "out of network" benefits.  As it becomes increasingly difficult to deal productively with managed care PPOs, we will gradually move to eliminate participating with the least efficient insurance companies. Our fees are very reasonable, and an "up-front, drive out" price for procedures done in our office surgery includes the fee for the anesthesiologist, the facility and postoperative care for 3 months.  Fees are collected in full,  prior to the procedure.
